Students will:

· Develop serviceable documentation skills for assemblage therapy gatherings *

· Develop diagnoses for clients receiving assemblage psychotherapy *

· Evaluate the energy of apprehensive behavioral therapy for assemblages *

· Analyze legitimate and intellectual implications of counseling clients after a while psychiatric 

 disorders *


                                                           ASSIGNMENT 

Select two clients you observed or counseled this week during a assemblage therapy gathering. Note: The two clients you fine must accept luxuriant the similar assemblage gathering.

                  Then, in your Practicum Journal, discourse the following:

· Using the Assemblage Therapy Progress Note in this week’s Learning Resources, 

  document the assemblage gathering.

· Describe each client (externally violating HIPAA regulations), and authenticate any  

   pertinent narrative or medical advice, including prescribed medications.

· Using the DSM-5, teach and vindicate your idiosyncrasy for each client.

· Teach whether apprehensive behavioral therapy would be serviceable after a while this assemblage. 

  Include expected outcomes based on this hygienic similarity.

· Teach any legitimate and/or intellectual implications kindred to counseling each client.

· Support your similarity after a while evidence-based study.
